Corrections
If something described here is wrong or out of date — a feature, a price, a limit — tell us the page and what is inaccurate. Partner services change frequently and we would rather fix it than leave it.
Rights and takedown requests
Copyright, trademark and likeness complaints are handled through the process on the rights page, which lists what a workable notice needs. Reports involving non-consensual imagery or a minor are treated as urgent.
Partnerships and press
Advertising, affiliate and editorial enquiries are welcome at the same address. Note that commercial arrangements do not buy a favourable description — see the affiliate disclosure for how that works.
Support for the service itself
We cannot help with accounts, billing or output on a partner's service, because we do not operate it and have no access to it. Those requests need to go to that operator's own support channel.
